A good fitness regiment is of upmost importance, this is one of the most important things to maintain as a model. Working out can be done at home, outside, or in the gym. As an OMG Model, your bookers are always on the lookout for good workouts to spice up your weekly regiments.  If we need to come up with a more specific workout regiment, that can always be discussed. It is important to be consistent with your fitness and work out 3-5 times a week.
